This morning I woke up feeling anxiety about a few things and my devotional reminded me to let the baggage go.
Today I was at the gym and wanted to do Body Beast. I have on Demand for most of my workouts but for some reason I didn't have my account activated for this workout. I searched google for Beast Cardio or Body Beast Cardio moves and couldn't find a single worksheet or reference to the moves. What did I do? I went home, did the workout, wrote down the moves and the timing and decided to post it so I could use it again later and others could use it.
