Top questions people ask me:
1) Is Insanity hard?
2) Do I have to actually coach people when I sign up as a coach?
3) Are you a personal trainer or fitness instructor?
4) What makes Shakeology better than a protein shake I can buy at GNC?
5) Why should I buy products through you and not just get them off of ebay?

Q: Is Insanity hard?
A: Yes. It is extremely difficult. However, you can go at your own pace. It is very refreshing to see people in the video who are super fit take breaks. I started off doing Insanity in the summer of 2010. I’ve completed the program many times and I get better and better at it. We have accountability groups that begin all the time to help people through their program and keep them inspired.

Q: Do I have to actually coach people when I sign up as a coach?
A: NO! This is a common misconception. This is YOUR journey on YOUR time. Just like with a fitness program. Do not try to be something you are not ready to be. I know plenty of coaches who began as a “discount coach” for a while and just drank Shakeology and completed workouts. See the graphic below.

Coach Journey

Q: Are you a personal trainer or fitness instructor?
A: No. I just attended my first certification for Insanity and I’m not even a group fitness instructor. I haven’t had a single class to train people. Coaches were once customers. Coaches help people through their own experience with the products. Nervous? Don’t be. We have a large team full of support and ready to help you answer any questions people might have about anything. You don’t have to be an expert in food to teach someone how to shop at the grocery store. You do not have to be a personal trainer or fitness instructor to coach.

Q: What makes Shakeology better than a protein shake I can buy at GNC?
A: Well #1 lets clarify that Shakeology is NOT a protein shake or weight loss shake. It is a super food shake. I know there are tons of companies out there saying they have the best thing. Compare for yourself. We will allow you to try it for 30 full days and return it for a refund if you don’t like it. You can’t get that at GNC or at many other places claiming their shake is the best. Top notch ingredients. Never any soy, artificial anything (colors, falvors, sweeteners). I recently read a shocking story that one company has lead in its shakes. LEAD! What? I certainly wouldn’t trust a company who doesn’t even take the care of watching out for me. Beachbody tests every batch for quality. Every batch. 100% label claim of all ingredients too. I could go on and on but I won’t. Drinking it since late 2010 and I haven’t had the flu or any other terrible cold. I had strep throat 1 time in 2 ½ years. That is awesome! Super video about all of the ingredients in it and how much it would cost if you tried to buy them on your own.

Q: Why should I buy products through you and not just get them off of ebay?
A: It is a better benefit for you in the long run. I almost bought my copy of Insanity off of Amazon for $20 cheaper back in 2010. Something inside me said NO! Buy it from the coach who inspired you to do it in the first place. Spending vs Investing. Many people look at it as a cost and they are spending. I look at it as investing in yourself. If you get it for free, or almost free then how much do you really care about it? Easy to toss it under a pile of papers. If you spend more I bet you would be more dedicated to completing it. Right? That still doesn’t answer the full question. Why not ebay? Well, when you buy from a coach you have the Beachbody guarantee in place. You have a full 30 days to try the products and return them if you don’t like them. You always have the option to have defective products replaced for free. I bet if your DVD was scratched or didn’t work the guy from ebay would say tough luck. If you buy from a coach then you usually get bonus workouts and of course access to a coach!

There are just a few of the questions I receive. I hope the answers were helpful and you decide to step up and join a challenge group. I can’t imagine where my life would be if I said no to $120 from a coach and bought it for $80 off of amazon. I doubt I’d be changing lives the way I am today. That $120 investment has paid me back thousands of times over.
