Top Reasons I recommend being a Team Beachbody coach

Accountability:
If you struggle with your weight , body image and staying in a routine then coaching is perfect for you. Some people say, “I am over weight how can I coach?” Simple. You are on a journey just like everyone else. No one is perfect. They may look perfect but there is always room to improve. I yo-yo dieted for most of my adult life. Lose 10, gain 20, lose 20, gain 40. Being a coach helps keep you accountable. You are on a team of other people. You are helping others through their programs. You must walk the walk. You must be a product of the product. What better way to stay accountable to your own health and fitness than by setting a goal to follow every step in the Insanity program or P90X or whatever. I love being my own test subject when a new product releases. Les Mills Pump? Yeah, I’ll do it. I’ll prove I can do it and help others just like me through it.

Paying it forward:
Most people live in their own little world and think about themselves. Coaching gives you the opportunity to help others. To lift the spirit of others. Service to many leads to greatness. You are no longer focused on your own little world. You have a bigger picture. I often ask myself “who else can I help today?”

You get a discount:
It might seem goofy but 25% off isn’t tiny. People run to the mall on tax free weekend to get school supplies. Tax is usually 8 to 10% right? The malls are packed with people rushing to save 10% but with Beachbody you get 25% off as a coach. Many people become coaches just for the discount. Then when people start asking “what are you doing, you look so awesome, you seem so happy” that is when the coach appears and the sharing begins. 25% off of everything! Recovery drink, Shakeology, all of the supplements, all of the DVD programs. I save over $200 a year just on my Shakeology. I decided I was going to order the products and use them, why not get a discount?

You grow and get out of your comfort zone:
There is something called “The Game Plan” that coaches receive when signing up. Part of the game plan is to listen and read personal development daily. Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, Chalene Johnson, Brian Tracy, etc. Your income will never surpass your personal development. It is very true. People tend to get stuck in places in their lives. Dead end job, dead end relationship, and dead end life. They aren’t growing. Either you are growing or dying. You must decide which one it is. Are you the person that complains about the people around you? Are you the victim? Does life happen to you? Then you need coaching. You need personal development. Feeding your mind good things daily is just as important as feeding your body good things. If it weren’t for coaching I doubt I would be listening to this much personal development and in such a happy place with myself. I’ve become a better person by coaching. I could go on and on about this. The changes in my attitude are amazing. If you find yourself wishing you were happier or jealous of others when they are happy then decide to change now.

You are building your own dream:
I followed my parents dream for a long time. I went to college, got a corporate job, yada yada yada. I graduated with huge debt in student loans, credit card debt and could barely afford my life. I was laid off twice and couldn’t stand sitting in a cubicle staring out the window (if I even had a window) and fantasizing about what I would do if I didn’t have this stupid job that I couldn’t stand. Imagine this. You don’t have to set your alarm anymore. You don’t have to drive to a job you don’t enjoy. You don’t have to spend time away from your kids doing things that don’t make you a better person. I don’t hate the job I have now. I like the people I work with. I’m just making a better plan for myself. I’m building my retirement, I’m paying off debt, I haven’t determined the day when I will leave my full time job just yet. I have an idea in my head but I’m not ready to announce it on my blog. Especially since my bosses might read this. They are great people and have helped me through many things. One of them is even a coach on my team. He’s lowered his cholesterol with Shakeology. I stepped out of my comfort zone and shared it with him. I see my future. I see the day when my “job” is working out, sharing and helping others full time. Now that is a dream I can work toward every day.

You are surrounded by happy, positive, goal driven, successful people:
Some people are apprehensive about coaching because they think they will be roped into some cult. They will have to pay thousands of dollars and sell to their friends and end up having zero friends left. This is NOT the case at all. I used to think that way. I had exposure to other multi level marketing companies and I already had a bad taste about it. I’ve attended many events because I wanted to learn as much as possible about this company and take a different approach on my health and fitness. I’ve met so many people that have turned their lives around. Losing more than 100 pounds, being able to retire from their jobs at 30 years old, saving the lives of many and setting bigger, scarier goals. At first I was scared to walk into the room. Was I going to be good enough? These people looked better, and were coaches longer. Would they accept me? Would they help me? Yes. Everyone I’ve met has been awesome. I rarely miss an event now. Every time I go I feel like I’ve been shot out of a cannon. Ready to set more goals. Ready to help more people. Ready!

You earn money, prizes, and trips:
Notice this is not number 1 on my list. The first few months as a coach I had many weeks where I made $0.00 in commission. That’s right. ZERO. No matter. I’m going to take the supplements, I’m going to do the workouts, I’m going to be healthy, I’m going to get my discount, I’m going to keep sharing and talking to others. The seeds are planted all the time. With my family, with my friends, with my neighbors, with the parents at the soccer game, with anyone and everyone. My energy and happiness oozes out of me all the time. You just can’t help but share. If your goal is to make money and only make money then you may not make it. If your goal is to follow the game plan, work on yourself, and help others be better then you will be successful. The money I earned in my first year of coaching added up to about 3 months at my full time job. By hitting goals I also earned a free trip to the Bahamas, monetary bonus, multiple t-shirts, hats, and free autographed copies of workout programs. This year is already blowing last year away. I’m more confident and setting bigger goals. Imagine making an extra 3 month’s salary without getting a second job. What amount of money would it take to make a difference in your family? $200 a month, $500 a month, $1,000 or more. For most people an extra $500 is enough to get them on a better path. I personally know coaches making 6 figure incomes and some making 7 figures. The ones I watch and learn from have been doing this 3 years or less. Would you be willing to be consistent in workouts, consistent in sharing (not selling), consistent in being a part of a team for the possibility of making 6 figures in less than 3 years? Guess what, these people are still PART TIME coaches. They still have their full time jobs. They are struggling with making the job from part time to full time. Society and your brain argue with you. You think, this is too good to be true. Can I really make a living by coaching? The answer is YES. I’m living proof.

Even though I’ve only covered a few of the top reasons. There are many more reasons why I’m a coach. Some people will read them and still say no. Mostly out of fear. It is easy to make fun of others or rationalize not stepping out of your comfort zone. I did it for years. Once I got over myself and my fear my life has done a 180. I’m not afraid to try things. I’m running in 1/2 marathons and speaking in public. I rarely say no to a challenge now. It is an amazing place to be.

If you want to change your life and change the lives of others then reach out to me now. Join our team. It will be the best decision you ever made. The Beachbody motto is Decide. Commit. Succeed. It is true. Dare to change your life. Dare to improve your life. Decide. Commit. Succeed.
