When you eat like crap you feel like crap. When you eat healthy then you feel healthy. So many people do not get started because they feel they must be 100% perfect or wait until they can be 100% perfect. I don't want to try and fail. I don't want to spend the money and then only 1/2 way do it. I don't want to get started until January because I'm planning on being a pig for 4 weeks and don't want to feel guilty or that I'm missing anything. Yeah I know. Yesterday we cheered our glasses of water and took our supplements. The Final Countdown, you know the song by Europe, was blasting. As much as we love the results from the reset we are ready to be back to a "normal" life. NO we are NOT going back to eating pizza and drinking wine right away. We are proud of the results and this achievement.

The food is not over the top strange. Sure the first time I did the Reset I had no idea what some of the things were. The oddest dinner may be the Root Medley because I had never eaten roasted beets before.

Fruits, veggies, brown rice, quinoa, salmon, chicken, hummus, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs and nuts.
Prep for week 1: You are in the kitchen a lot. I recommend prepping the week before.

Mark lost more weight than me. Of course. Men. I'm sure most of this is water weight but still. 1 day of not eating sugar, caffeine and dairy makes a difference quickly.
Day 1 food:
Multigrain toast, steamed spinach and 2 eggs.
Miso soup and microgreen salad.

Baked salmon with steamed asparagus and new potatoes.
