How many health fads have you tried? How many are you still following and you don't realize it is a fad? Let me tell you the TRUTH now. There isn't a special secret to help you to be healthy and be at your optimal weight. Being healthy is a compound effect.
Healthy choices repeated over time = healthy.
Unhealthy choices repeated over time = unhealthy.
Healthy Habits:
Eating whole foods (fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains, healthy fats)
Moving your body and sweating daily
Keeping
You say no. You say no every day. How often do you really say yes? Think about it. We get up, drive to work, say yes to the boss, say yes to working late, say yes to being the room mom, say yes to soccer, say yes to the big Christmas list, say yes to everything but to ourselves. You may or may not have followed me for a while. Let me recap things for you. I lost a large amount of weight a few years ago. I struggle with the last 10 pounds over and over. I struggle with getting the abs. Why? Because I treat myself with food. I treat myself with wine. I rarely skip workouts. I love working out now. Well, I don't love working out. I love the way working out makes me feel so I do it almost every day.
I've completed the 21 Day Ultimate Reset a few times with great results.
3 to 4 Large mushroom caps with stems removed.
4 cups of fresh spinach
4 leaves of fresh basil
6 cloves of garlic, minced
teaspoon of onion powder
1 pound of organic, lean, ground turkey
In food processor blend spinach, garlic, basil. Parmesan cheese optional.
Mix will with ground turkey in a large bowl.
Add onion powder and other optional seasonings to taste (salt, pepper)
Create patty that is about 4 to 5 oz. and place on top of mushroom cap. Makes about 4. If you
