Ultimate Reset Week 2 Recap
October 5th 2015
Week 2 is complete. The weekends are the most challenging time. Octoberfest, the beautiful weather and people calling to invite is to sit on a patio drinking margaritas.
Recap of week 2 of the Ultimate Reset
Watching the scale go down is pretty fun. Sure there were some days where the scale stayed the same or went up a 1/2 pound but that is okay. There is ZERO guilt involved when you are eating good food that is healthy. When you are only putting fresh, whole foods into your body there is no Continue Reading >

The food is not over the top strange. Sure the first time I did the Reset I had no idea what some of the things were. The oddest dinner may be the Root Medley because I had never eaten roasted beets before.
Not pictured: The supplements or the Shakeology. We had Shakeology as a snack every day for the first week.
Fruits, veggies, brown rice, quinoa, salmon, chicken, hummus, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs and nuts.
Prep for week 1: You are in the kitchen a lot. I recommend prepping the week before.
You may or may not have followed me for a while. Let me recap things for you. I lost a large amount of weight a few years ago. I struggle with the last 10 pounds over and over. I struggle with getting the abs. Why? Because I treat myself with food. I treat myself with wine. I rarely skip workouts. I love working out now. Well, I don't love working out. I love the way working out makes me feel so I do it almost every day.
I've completed the 21 Day Ultimate Reset a few times with great results.
Winding down day 5 and we are rocking it. I’m down 9 pounds and Mark is down 7.
It is not just about the weight loss. It is about so much more. I’ve spent so many years going up and down. In the last 2 years of becoming a coach the yo-yo doesn’t go up and down as much. It is a few pounds here and there but never a big chunk either way. Except for this year.
We rocked the Ultimate Reset in May. I lost 13 pounds and Mark lost 16. Then we traveled and used that as an excuse to not stay on track.
This is our second time to do the Reset. We are so much smarter this time around. Our first time was May 2012 and this is our second time beginning September 24. The book recommends beginning on a Wednesday so you can spend some of the most "difficult" days at home. Last time we started on a Monday and I didn't find it all that difficult. It is up to you. I liked the Monday is day 1 and Sunday is day 7. Seemed easier to monitor.

Beachbody Ultimate Reset again.
We did the reset back in May and had awesome results. We are beginning the Reset again Monday September 24th. This time around I'm going to commit to posting a blog and video about it every day to document our progress the second time around.
Get ready!
We have some very aggressive goals for our health and fitness over the next 90 days. The Reset is going to set us up for success for the first month.
It is that time of year again for us. We are doing the 21 day Beachbody Ultimate Reset in October. The first time we did it was in May and we were reluctant and excited at the same time. Reluctant to give up wine and cheese and excited to see our health improve and kick habits.
Are you tired? Do you get sick several times a year? Do you have allergies? Do you need to lower your cholesterol or regulate your blood sugar? Do you want to get off of medications? Do you want more energy? If the
