What would you do to be skinny?
I know what I would do. I did it and guess what? It didn’t work. Sometime around the age of 12 I realized my self-image. I was at a friend’s house and we were trying on jeans. Coaching. What is it?
Many people have heard of P90X. They understand that P90X and Insanity are a part of Beachbody. Some people may even know that Shakeology is connected with Beachbody. Very few people understand the coaching opportunity. I assumed it was one thing and it wasn’t what I thought.
My assumptions:
• Pyramid scheme
• I’d have to sell stuff to my friends
• I’d have to host home parties
• I’d have to store and deliver products
• I’d be out of
Pain vs Pleasure
Mark and I attended Unleash the Power Within recently. Tony Robbins and Joseph McClendon III were awesome. So many lessons learned that weekend. So many breakthroughs. I’ve been listening to Tony Robbins in the car almost every day. The lesson today was about Pain vs. Pleasure. We do things to either avoid pain or to seek pleasure. It is in our DNA. Many times we do this on an unconscious level. If the pain of doing something seems greater than the pleasure that may be gained
