Then vs Now
Most people tend to reflect on the year when a new one is approaching.
I could spend hours talking about how I’ve changed and improved.
Last week I spoke on a call discussing some of the changes that have happened in the last 2 years because I said YES to becoming a Team Beachbody coach.
I went from being the girl crying in the closet at my clothes to never crying in there again.
I went from being the person calling the credit card company for available balance
Skinny
What would you do to be skinny?
I know what I would do. I did it and guess what? It didn’t work. Sometime around the age of 12 I realized my self-image. I was at a friend’s house and we were trying on jeans. Hers were 2 sizes smaller than mine. I immediately thought that I was not good. I was fat. I was 12! I wasn’t fat. I was just a different shape. I didn’t have a clue about dieting. Pain vs Pleasure
Mark and I attended Unleash the Power Within recently. Tony Robbins and Joseph McClendon III were awesome. So many lessons learned that weekend. So many breakthroughs.
