Modifications for common workout moves

One of the many blessings about teaching LIVE Insanity classes is that I'm able to help people in person with modifications. I speak to many people who are afraid of Insanity and wouldn't even think to attempt it. I'm glad that wasn't my philosophy. I tried my best and ended up completing the program. When you eat like crap you feel like crap. When you eat healthy then you feel healthy. So many people do not get started because they feel they must be 100% perfect or wait until they can be 100% perfect. I don't want to try and fail. Today marks 5 years as a Team Beachbody coach. Oh what a journey. At first I said no. I didn't want to do it. I was busy, had a 5 year old and didn't have time for anything new in my life. Bring this to a pot luck for a culinary mic drop. Thug Kitchen is an awesome cookbook. A friend turned me on to in in 2014 and I blew it off. I wasn't ready to eat Vegan and give up meat.
