Modifications for common workout moves

One of the many blessings about teaching LIVE Insanity classes is that I’m able to help people in person with modifications. I speak to many people who are afraid of Insanity and wouldn’t even think to attempt it. I’m glad that wasn’t my philosophy. I tried my best and ended up completing the program. Eventually I became certified to teach it.

My calves get injured more than any other part of my body. I’m not always able to jump repeatedly in my workouts and must modify. I don’t want to skip the workout and I want to keep moving.

Here are some modifications to help you with any of your cardio workouts.
