Back to core. I love this workout. Not too out of control and it really works my core. I think anyone could do this workout. The jumping jacks were the only time we jumped. Other than that it was straight core.
My back is sore. I’m feeling muscles in my legs and shoulders. It is not an out of control soreness so I’m still digging The Asylum. There are some workouts that make me so sore that I don’t want to continue. You know those. The ones where you can’t even wash your hair or get dressed.

No excuses. Nothing holding me back. I’m going to make it through this 30 day program.
