Gooey Chocolate Shakeology Bars

Makes 12 servings, 1 bar each

4 scoops of chocolate Shakeology®
3 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 dash of ground cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
non-stick cooking spray

Combine Shakeology, oats, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a large bowl; mix well. Add milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract; mix well with rubber spatula or clean hands.

Place in an 8 x 8 pan that is lightly coated with cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to flatten into the pan. Regriderate for 3 hours. Cut into 12 bars.

Tips: If you want extra crunch use crunchy peanut butter or add additional chopped nuts to the mixture.
