Here it is. Day 1. The Ultimate Reset. Mark lost more weight than me. Of course. Men. I'm sure most of this is water weight but still. 1 day of not eating sugar, caffeine and dairy makes a difference quickly. Day 1 food: Multigrain toast, steamed spinach and 2 eggs. Miso soup and microgreen salad. Why should you make your own salad dressing Have you ever really looked at your salad dressing label? I don’t have any here anymore. We make our own dressing. 90% of the time when we eat out I will ask for oil and vinegar. The other 10% I will have the house dressing.
