So here we are. About 30 days remaining in 2011.
Did you accomplish some or all of the 2011 goals you set?
Did you even set goals?
Some people know the old me. They know the Heather that was 40 to 50 pounds overweight. They know the Heather that would get sick several times a year, lie in bed all day on a Sunday and do absolutely nothing. The Heather that rarely set goals. That Heather had all the time in the world to attend parties and travel but she didn’t because she was unhappy, overweight, miserable and would talk terrible to herself. She complained and never did anything about it. Well, maybe once or twice a year she would go to the gym for a few weeks and then give up.
Enter the new and improved, super fantastic Heather. The Heather that sets goals, achieves goals, sets more goals. The Heather that is not able to attend all of the parties because she is spending her time hitting her goals. She stands in front of her closet choosing an outfit vs crying because nothing fits. She is happy every day. She wants to help as many other people to feel as happy. I could talk about this for hours but I will not do that to you.
Are you going to wait until January 1st to start your health plan? Or let’s be real. You will probably wait until the Monday or Tuesday after the 31st because you are too tired from partying on New Years. Is this you? Are you the one that is miserable staring at yourself in the mirror? Are you the sad, sick person that lies in bed all day wishing and hoping for a happier life? Do you medicate yourself with food and TV? Do you make fun of people like me? Do you find yourself putting down “those people” as addicted, obsessed, in a cult or just plain crazy?
I’m not here to make fun of you. I’m not here to put you down. I’m here to help you. I understand YOU. I’ve been there. I’ve done that for many years.
Don’t regret not taking action. Don’t regret another year of your life because you didn’t take action today.
Don’t wait until January. Take action now. Message me and lets get started on the plan that works for you. firstname.lastname@example.org
