Modifications for common workout moves

One of the many blessings about teaching LIVE Insanity classes is that I'm able to help people in person with modifications. I speak to many people who are afraid of Insanity and wouldn't even think to attempt it. I'm glad that wasn't my philosophy. I tried my best and ended up completing the program.
