Modifications for common workout moves

One of the many blessings about teaching LIVE Insanity classes is that I'm able to help people in person with modifications. I speak to many people who are afraid of Insanity and wouldn't even think to attempt it. I'm glad that wasn't my philosophy. I tried my best and ended up completing the program. Was it Worth It?

September through December is a bit of a blur for our family. All 3 of us have our birthdays in September and we usually have travel for Beachbody. The holiday season begins. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve. Sometimes travel and always full of parties, events, birthdays, celebrations, family and friends. December is very busy. It is for most. Insanity the Asylum volume 2

In 2011 I was introduced to Insanity The Asylum. Insanity with even more intensity. Imagine Insanity while jumping rope and keeping your feet in an agility ladder. Imagine challenging yourself to the max. Having workouts more than 1 hour and defining the term "dig deeper" with every workout. My body changed in just 5 days when doing Aslyum volume 1.
