Then vs Now
Most people tend to reflect on the year when a new one is approaching.
I could spend hours talking about how I’ve changed and improved.
Last week I spoke on a call discussing some of the changes that have happened in the last 2 years because I said YES to becoming a Team Beachbody coach.
I went from being the girl crying in the closet at my clothes to never crying in there again.
I went from being the person calling the credit card company for available balance Continue Reading > Then vs Now

Team Beachbody launches in Canada
Beachbody ships orders all over the world but only residents of the United States, Puerto Rico and military bases were eligible to participate in the coaching opportunity.
There is no better time to get in on an opportunity than now. Five years ago when Team Beachbody launched no one knew what would happen. Now we know. We know how successful this can be and it is only getting better. We are helping more people get healthy and fit. Even if you've never considered
Winding down day 5 and we are rocking it. I’m down 9 pounds and Mark is down 7.
It is not just about the weight loss. It is about so much more. I’ve spent so many years going up and down. In the last 2 years of becoming a coach the yo-yo doesn’t go up and down as much. It is a few pounds here and there but never a big chunk either way. Except for this year.
We rocked the Ultimate Reset in May. I lost 13 pounds and Mark lost 16. Then we traveled and used that as an excuse to not stay on track.
This is our second time to do the Reset. We are so much smarter this time around. Our first time was May 2012 and this is our second time beginning September 24. The book recommends beginning on a Wednesday so you can spend some of the most "difficult" days at home. Last time we started on a Monday and I didn't find it all that difficult. It is up to you. I talk to my success partner Rhonda every week. We have a set call every Friday to talk for 30 minutes. I look forward to it every week. I also talk to my coach Mandy every Thursday to set new goals for the week and evaluate how my previous week went.
You cannot do your own brain surgery. You cannot coach yourself. It is in
It is that time of year again for us. We are doing the 21 day Beachbody Ultimate Reset in October. The first time we did it was in May and we were reluctant and excited at the same time. Reluctant to give up wine and cheese and excited to see our health improve and kick habits.
Are you tired? Do you get sick several times a year? Do you have allergies? Do you need to lower your cholesterol or regulate your blood sugar? Do you want to get off of medications? Do you want more energy? If the
Skinny
What would you do to be skinny?
I know what I would do. I did it and guess what? It didn’t work. Sometime around the age of 12 I realized my self-image. I was at a friend’s house and we were trying on jeans. Hers were 2 sizes smaller than mine. I immediately thought that I was not good. I was fat. I was 12! I wasn’t fat. I was just a different shape. I didn’t have a clue about dieting. We ate out of box or can most of the time. I remember the regular meals at my house were fried
