In 2011 I was introduced to Insanity The Asylum. Insanity with even more intensity. Imagine Insanity while jumping rope and keeping your feet in an agility ladder. Imagine challenging yourself to the max. Having workouts more than 1 hour and defining the term “dig deeper” with every workout. My body changed in just 5 days when doing Aslyum volume 1. If I had changed my diet to be cleaner I would have had even more amazing results.
This time it is different. I’ve just finsihed the Beachbody Ultimate Reset, a 21 day cleanse/detox. I lost 15 pounds and I’m ready to take my workouts a a new level with clean eating. I’m allowing myself 1 day a week to eat a “bad” meal and it is not really that bad. I’m allowing myself 1 day a week to drink wine if I want to. I have meal plans that I design every week and I’m sticking to them.
The tutorial is about 25 minutes. There are 8 basic moves to understand before beginning Asylum 2. I finished the tutorial today and I begin day 1 Monday the 22nd. Be prepared for video reviews and candid talk about how awesome and difficult this workout is. I’m planning on being ripped by Thanksgiving.
