Then vs Now

December 14th 2012
Then vs Now Most people tend to reflect on the year when a new one is approaching. I could spend hours talking about how I’ve changed and improved. Last week I spoke on a call discussing some of the changes that have happened in the last 2 years because I said YES to becoming a Team Beachbody coach. I went from being the girl crying in the closet at my clothes to never crying in there again. I went from being the person calling the credit card company for available balance Continue Reading >

Scatter-Brained

March 19th 2012
Scatter Brained Over the moon with excitement about this upcoming trip to the Bahamas. I have to perform a brain dump. I spent most of my adult life insecure about myself. The way I looked, the way I felt, and in my abilities to do anything. I was afraid to try. I was afraid to fail. I was afraid. Even when I was at my lowest weight ever I was still critical of myself. I needed a flatter stomach. I needed to be a smaller size. I never looked at myself and said nice things. I would look at other Continue Reading >

March 10th 2012
Top Reasons I recommend being a Team Beachbody coach Accountability: If you struggle with your weight , body image and staying in a routine then coaching is perfect for you. Some people say, “I am over weight how can I coach?” Simple. You are on a journey just like everyone else. No one is perfect. They may look perfect but there is always room to improve. Two Weeks Down

January 15th 2012
Day 14 I’m about ½ way through the 30 day challenge of zero alcohol, zero red meat, and working out according to the Les Mills Pump plan. Successful and I feel fantastic. Saying no to alcohol was going to be the toughest for me. We love to drink wine. We appreciate wine. And we don’t drink cheap wine. Forget the food changes let’s talk about what this is doing for my wallet. On average we drink 1 to 2 glasses of night per night if you add up all of the glasses and divide by 7. No, we Continue Reading >
