Balance Your pH and Stay Well

Do you understand pH? The Wikipedia definition of pH is a measure of the acidity or basicity of an aqueous solution. Solutions with a pH less than 7 are said to be acidic and solutions with a pH greater than 7 are basic or alkaline. Pure water has a pH very close to 7. Our blood is slightly basic so keeping ourselves in an alkaline state is better for our blood and our bodies. Crock Pot Chicken Tacos

Crock Pot Chicken 1 lb of boneless, skinless, organic, chicken breast. ½ can of black beans rinsed and drained (full can is 15oz) 1 10 oz can of mild to medium Rotel with green chilis ¼ teaspoon of coriander ¼ teaspoon cumin Dash of chili powder ¼ teaspoon of taco seasoning ½ cup frozen corn Set Crock pot on low. 92 Days to the Big Ab Reveal Today marks 92 days until we show up in Vegas for the annual Team Beachbody Coach Summit. It will be my 3rd coach summit. Last year I just completed the 21 day Ultimate Reset and was very close to my goal weight. Then summer happened. We went to Cozumel, went to San Jose and saw Tony Robbins and didn’t have a plan. 1st week of January 2012

1st week My goal is to make it 30 days without alcohol and to eat clean. Zero red meat and limited dairy. Workout according to the Les Mills Pump calendar and help my January accountability group and set up the February group. Helping others hit their goals while I hit mine. The first week was a major success. Zero alcohol. Check Zero red meat. Check Limited dairy. Check Worked out every day. Either did Les Mills Pump or ran every day.
